Leadership Teams
Some churches have small leadership teams or elderships. These are strategic in monitoring the life of the church, but even more so in discerning God's will and direction for mission and ministry.
EWM offers a consultancy for such groups, seeking to encourage and enable the team to discover God's vision for the church they lead, discussing aspects such as core values, priorities, identifying and equipping new leaders.
