encourage and strengthen church leaders:
help and support them in developing
Christ centred,
Biblically rooted,
Spirit enabled,
mission focused
leadership
that fosters and expects numerical growth and nurtures lifelong discipleship.
EWM uk aims to:-

provide an independent listening ear for leaders - especially for those who are feeling isolated, discouraged or facing difficult situations.

help leaders in thinking through how to discern God's vision for their church and how to take steps to make it a reality.

foster renewed confidence in the power of the Gospel, fresh experience of the Holy Spirit's power and renewed passion in mission.

facilitate leaders and leadership teams in thinking through vision, priorities and strategies in their ministry and mission.
EWM uk seeks to do this through:-
