Leadership in Christ's Church is the most privileged, challenging and thrilling calling in the world! BUT it can feel just the opposite. At such times we can feel dis-spirited, depressed, guilty, isolated, a failure. The grass can seem greener elsewhere. Everything, or many things in the ministry seem a burden and not a privilege.
You know where you long for your church to be, but cannot see how to take the next step. Or you are frustrated by opposition or apathy.
The good news is that you're not alone, and you're not alone in experiencing such times or having such feelings.
A listening ear
Eagle's Wings Ministries uk wants to offer a listening ear if you are feeling that way. It is not a formal counselling service; it is not part of a denominational structure.
It is an independent listening ear from someone who has been there, experienced that and in the midst of it proved the grace and faithfulness of the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no instant solution or quick fix, but there is a more lasting way forward. We simply want to come alongside you to help you to discern the Lord's way forward and how you might work it out in your own setting.
