Eagle’s Wings Ministries UK Ltd exists to encourage and strengthen church leaders, both individual ministers, pastors, vicars etc. and church leadership teams to be visionary, focused and effective in their role of leading churches forward with renewed passion for mission and discipleship. It also offers similar support to head teachers of church schools other leadership roles (e.g. governors).
We have a passion for smaller and medium size churches set in their local communities to fulfil the vision that the Lord Jesus has for them. Often it’s tough going and it can be lonely in leadership. EWM seeks to come alongside ministers or leadership teams to be supportive*, encouraging and hopefully renewing and envisioning.
EWM also offers free study material and Bible study outlines in easy English,
for
those for whom English is an additional language or those who find reading and study
hard going.

Isaiah 40 v 31
“Those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles."
The Rev’d David Harknett (Team Vicar in Melbury & School Chaplain in Beaminster, West Dorset) writes ......
"I find Mike Stear to be a man of hope. And so I find that Mike is also a man who brings hope.
I've had the pleasure of Mike accompanying me on my leadership journey over several years. And I cannot speak highly enough of him as a friend and mentor.
Mike listens; Mike cares; Mike encourages; Mike challenges; Mike remembers.
But above all, God uses Mike to make me more like Jesus. And thus He strengthens me. And thus I soar!
It's been a strange time moving from curacy in the Church of England to this first post of 'senior' responsibility. Now, three & half years in, I am growing in character; in skills; and in faith. And I can say with confidence that one catalyst for this maturity has been, and continues to be, Mike's companionship.
Praise God for his work in Mike's life.
Praise God for his work through Eagle's Wings.
